The receptionist was helpful and nice. Rooms were quiet and clean. The side door card reader didn't work so it required quick walks around as it was cold but that's no big deal. The outside stinks from the local farms but again not a big deal since once your inside everything is great. Everything in the room waiting comfortable, spacious, and didn't feel cheap so it was a relaxing stay. Only downside is the high nitrates in the water but I had a ton of bottled water I brought

great hotel, very comfortable and relaxing. awesome staff, delicious breakfast, refreshing pool and hot tub. would definitely return!

Where to begin? From the second we walked in the room there was an overwhelming musky odor like someone who had worked out and didn't shower. Went to use the bathroom, couldn't find the toilet paper! Turns out it's behind the door in the most inconvenient place, where when you realize it's there it's near impossible to reach without standing up and closing the door on yourself. The light in the bathroom is a twist knob that only keeps the light on for 30 minutes. The carpet to the bathroom is ripped and frayed... Shower time! My husbands and mines shower were fine (except for the strange and gross smelling shower curtain), bath time for my little one was not so pleasant! The shower head does not fully turn off when filling the bath tub! Not too mention the light situation! Had to go back halfway thru her bath to twist the knob again! The wallpaper is also peeling and you can see underneath it. The pillows are too small! Smaller than a standard size twin pillow on a kids bed! Just when my child was almost asleep, someone pulled the fire alarm for the whole building!

Room was really clean, and the place was great. Only concern was the nitrates in the water.

There is a situation with the water that I was not told about on the phone when I booked or else I wouldn't have booked! There is too much nitrate so children and pregnant women can't drink the water. Well I'm pregnant which means morning tea is out of the question. Plus since my child heard that she was worried every time she had to drink and didn't want to brush her teeth! We waited until we could brush with bottled water. They didn't offer any bottles at the front desk, just a water cooler. Which is inconvenient when you're on the complete opposite side and upstairs. Not staying here again. The hallway smells moldy and the carpets out there are also stained.

We spent two nights here on our way to & from riding the Elroy-Sparta Trail. The staff was great, the rooms clean and the breakfast was good. There was a large group using the balcony lounge over the front desk when we arrived. We were worried about noise, but it wasn't a problem with doors closed and AC fan on constant--a must for hotel rooms and this one did not disappoint. Thanks for a great stay.
