I cannot say enough good things about LSRC. It is a fantastic resource for the community, not just as a gym but as a community center. The gym is well-maintained with something for people of every fitness level--free weight gym, circuit training machines, indoor track, cardio machines, and even a monkey bar gym! LSRC also has indoor gymnasiums, concessions, conference rooms and a studio, all for the community's benefit. Not only is Shaun, the director, an excellent trainer but he is great at coming up with ways to engage the community--family fun events, building teams for sporting events like Crazylegs, etc.
We are blessed to have a place like this in Lodi!
