When I found a nail in a tire which was losing air fast as I drove from Minneapolis to Milwaukee, they saved me by putting on my spare for me. They were friendly, quick and so reasonably priced. They saved me from big trouble and kept me on schedule.
We broke down in our RV on a Sunday on I90/94. We were very lucky we found Bills to come and get us! They came and got us as soon as they could. They towed us back to their shop and let us plug up our RV so my husband could stay in it while me, my Mom, my daughter, niece and a dog had to stay in the hotel across the street. They had us fixed and repaired by lunch the next day. We were fortunate that it was an ac pump that busted and shredded our serpentine belt. Very lucky once again to have found Bills!!!
it was the best place iv been to they have a little kids play area and popcorn and water and coffee and hot chocolate and T.V for you to do while your waiting for your car to be looked at or repairedI would recommend 110%
My truck broke down on my way to the Wisconsin Dells. I called Bill's Towing as they were the closest company. They where very friendly on the phone they had a tow truck out to me in under 30 minutes. The driver was awesome very friendly. they got me back to their Lodi location and led me into a very awesome waiting area while they looked at my truck. The service manager came out and explained to me that my fuel pump had failed. He was very nice and explained what caused it and how much and long it would take to fix it. He was very nice and they kept me updated and had coffee and popcorn in the waiting area for me to snack on while waiting. I would highly recommend this company to any one traveling out there on the highway.
Bill's Towing was super fast at coming to my aid when I needed help. The driver was very courteous and accommodating. The tow truck was clean and well maintained. They were able to repair my vehicle in their shop. I recommend using their services as I will be calling them specifically the next time I need a tow or service on my vehicle.
