I bought my tires here and had to bring my vehicle back to have them balanced twice. Then every time they rotated them, my vehicle came back without the tires properly balanced. When I complained the 3rd time they wouldn't call me back. Took it to Farm and Fleet and problem solved! Nice staff, but the whole experience left me a very unhappy customer. I will not return.

My friends car broke down across the street. Instead of charging for towing the tow truck driver helped push the car across the street to save money.
Excellent service, extremely nice employees and very helpful. I'm not from the area and had car trouble driving through on a Friday night. I was towed by a local competitor of Lodi Shell whose name rhymes with Dill's towing. Dill had extremely poor service and I was lied to about the timeliness of the repair that needed to occur asap. I called Lodi Shell the next morning and they came to the rescue.
Honesty and Integrity are words that fall short when describing Dan. In a nearly identical circumstance my vehicle was towed away previously by a competitor (name rhymes with pill and might start with a B) to the painful tune of 1500.00$ No repairs, just a tow. Second time around Dan at Lodi shell got the call. The next morning I headed in to get my car and expected to be treated like Andy Dufresne in the laundry room at the shawshank prision. When Dan gave me a total of "one eighty nine" I assumed 1089.00 and proceeded to grab my ankles. When he explained the total was 189.00 I about sharted from pure elation. Dan could have literally charged me whatever he wanted (as the competition does) but instead charged me an unbelievably reasonable price. My hats off to a man with a clear set of values.
